The Government of Greenland and the Danish state are offering a number of PhD and postdoc scholarships for commencement in 2025.
The research grants are open to applications within all major scientific fields. Greenland Institute of Natural Resources administers the scholarships and therefore invites early-career researchers to apply.
The scholarships aim to strengthen Danish-Greenland research collaboration, foster research development, and support the recruitment of young researchers into Greenland research. The interdisciplinary Greenland Research Council evaluates and prioritizes the applications.
Applications must be received by the Greenland Institute of Natural Resources no later than 1 October, 2025, at 24:00 Greenland time.
