{"id":1666,"date":"2016-09-01T14:40:03","date_gmt":"1970-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nis.gl\/?post_type=projekt&#038;p=1666"},"modified":"2021-02-24T14:22:37","modified_gmt":"2021-02-24T14:22:37","slug":"modellering-af-hellefisks-migration-ud-for-vestgroenland","status":"publish","type":"projekt","link":"https:\/\/nis.gl\/da\/projekt\/modellering-af-hellefisks-migration-ud-for-vestgroenland\/","title":{"rendered":"Modellering af hellefisks migration ud for Vestgr\u00f8nland"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Projektleder:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Ole Ankj\u00e6r J\u00f8rgensen<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fakultet \/ Forskningsinstitution:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Naturvidenskab \u2013 DTU Aqua \/ Gr\u00f8nlands Naturinstitut<\/p>\n<p><strong>Titel:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Modellering af hellefisks migration ud for Vestgr\u00f8nland<\/p>\n<p><strong>Beskrivelse:<br \/>\n<\/strong>I dette projekt, vil vi analysere eksisterende data fra m\u00e6rkningsfors\u00f8g af hellefisk, ved at sammenholde data af positioner og tidspunkter for m\u00e6rkning, og for genfangst af hellefisk, med simulerede hydrografiske data for den p\u00e5g\u00e6ldende periode.<\/p>\n<p>Arbejdshypotesen er, at hydrografiske data som str\u00f8mretning, str\u00f8mhastighed, temperatur, dybdeforhold, fysiske habitatforhold som hydrauliske fronter etc., i et st\u00f8rre eller mindre omfang, har betydning for hvilken migrationsrute hellefisk v\u00e6lger ud over en grad af tilf\u00e6ldighed.<\/p>\n<p>Analysen vil baseres p\u00e5 en kombination af eksisterende hydrografiske model data, og Agent-Baseret Modeller (ABM). For det nordatlantiske omr\u00e5de, herunder hele det omr\u00e5de og den periode (2007-2012), der d\u00e6kker de data, der findes af m\u00e6rkede og genfangede hellefisk i de \u00e5bne farvande ud for Gr\u00f8nlands vestkyst, eksisterer der simulerede hydrografiske data (3D) i en horisontal opl\u00f8sning p\u00e5 ca. 20 km, afh\u00e6ngig af breddegrad (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.copernicus.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.copernicus.eu<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Vha. ABM, kan man simulere fisks bev\u00e6gelse og migration, b\u00e5de som passiv drift og p\u00e5 baggrund af opstillede foruds\u00e6tninger som f.eks. simple kendte eller antagne adf\u00e6rdsregler, i forhold til str\u00f8mretning, str\u00f8mhastighed, vertikale bev\u00e6gelser i vands\u00f8jlen, pr\u00e6ferencer for omr\u00e5der med h\u00f8j produktion (f.eks. i n\u00e6rheden af fysiske fronter), bunddybdeforhold, temperatur, bunds substrat.<\/p>\n<p>Projektet vil bidrage til en \u00f8get forst\u00e5else for, i hvilken grad hydrografiske forhold har betydning for hellefisks
