Informationerne bruges til en bred vifte af form\u00e5l indenfor planl\u00e6gning og forskning. Indenfor forskning, har fokus i Gr\u00f8nland, is\u00e6r v\u00e6ret p\u00e5 beregning af indlandsisens massebalance. Den gr\u00f8nlandske samfundsm\u00e6ssige anvendelse har naturligt st\u00f8rre fokus p\u00e5 de isfri omr\u00e5der i Gr\u00f8nland. Udarbejdelse af klimatilpasningsstrategier, samt vurdering af drikkevandsforsyning og vandkraftpotentialer er eksempler p\u00e5 anvendelse i samfundsm\u00e6ssig planl\u00e6gning.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5r klimamodellerne anvendes, er det essentielt at kende n\u00f8jagtigheden, dvs. i hvor h\u00f8j grad man kan stole p\u00e5 resultaterne. Flere studier har fokuseret p\u00e5, at verificere klimamodellernes resultater verd. Afsmeltning fra indlandsisen og forskellige klimaparametre (Langen et. al. 2015, Lucas-Picher et. al. 2012). Der har v\u00e6ret mindre fokus p\u00e5 evaluering af resultaterne for Gr\u00f8nlands kystomr\u00e5der, som ikke er d\u00e6kket af is. Specielt er klimamodellernes forudsigelse af vandressourcen for oplande uden gletsjere, ikke evalueret.<\/p>\n<p>I dette projekt, vil vi evaluere DMI\u2019s regionale klimamodel HIRHAM5\u2019s output for afstr\u00f8mning ved hj\u00e6lp af uafh\u00e6ngige, eksisterende m\u00e5linger af afstr\u00f8mning fra oplande uden gletsjere i Sydgr\u00f8nland.<\/p>\n<p>Langen et. al. 2015: <em>Quantifying Energy and Mass Fluxes Controlling Godth\u00e5bsfjord Freshwater Input in a 5-km Simulation (1991-2012)<\/em>.
